At MoonlightNest, we want your order to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. This policy applies to physical products only. Digital products (sleep guides, PDF downloads) are delivered instantly by email — no shipping applies.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
1. Order Processing Time Physical orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Processing times may be extended during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas).
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes The following are estimates only, not guarantees.
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- United States: 10–20 business days
- Canada: 12–22 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–18 business days
- Europe (FR, DE, BE, NL, ES, IT): 12–20 business days
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at customerservice@moonlightnest.com.
3. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe (France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Italy). We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping is free on all physical orders. Costs are confirmed at checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking All orders include tracking. Allow up to 72 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes charged by your local authority. These are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders Contact us at customerservice@moonlightnest.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will offer a replacement, resend, or refund in accordance with the ACL.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address Please verify your address at checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.
9. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Parcels If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
10. Digital Products — No Shipping Required Sleep guides are delivered by email immediately after purchase. If you do not receive your download within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
